Job Targets崗位目標(biāo) Operates and maintains quality system in responsible project, ensures production line quality under control, improves product quality and reduces cost, and solves customer complain quality issues; From NPI to MP till EOL, establish, implement and maintenance quality standard, quality system. 在所負(fù)責(zé)的項(xiàng)目或生產(chǎn)線內(nèi)運(yùn)行并維護(hù)質(zhì)量體系,使生產(chǎn)線處于受控狀態(tài),提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量并降低生產(chǎn)。成本, 并解決客戶端的投訴質(zhì)量問題;項(xiàng)目從NPI階段開始到MP到產(chǎn)品EOL,品質(zhì)的建立,實(shí)施和維護(hù)。 1. Internal (production line) quality control內(nèi)部產(chǎn)線品質(zhì)控制 1.1 Production Quality Management產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理 1.1.1 Responsible for whole life quality control for product,improve product quality through testing,process and control,reduce poor quality cost. 負(fù)責(zé)從樣品到量產(chǎn)整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制,尋求通過測試、控制及改進(jìn)流程以提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低品質(zhì)成本。 1.1.2 Responsible for handling ‘production line-in process’ issue with team, including NPI,MP product, collecting and record any quality issue, data, nalysis and summary. 負(fù)責(zé)解決產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中所出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,處理品質(zhì)異常及品質(zhì)改善,新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入時(shí)的品質(zhì)異常信息收集、匯總、反饋及跟蹤改善成效。 1.1.3 Initiate SIP DOC, and training QC inspectors. 制定各種與品質(zhì)相關(guān)的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與文件,培訓(xùn)相關(guān)QC檢驗(yàn)人員。 1.1.4 Completes and executes quality control process/SPEC/Standard in production line for product. 組織制定和完善品質(zhì)管理的各項(xiàng)制度、流程及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 1.1.5 Be responsible for maintenance and testing of product inspection tools. 制定并執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品審核制度,持續(xù)提高產(chǎn)品精致工藝。 1.1.6 Implement customer new requirement or special requirement related to quality standard after team approval,adding into quality documentation. 質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與客戶特殊要求的導(dǎo)入。 2.Project Quality Management/Control 項(xiàng)目品質(zhì)管理/品質(zhì)控制 Prepare below documentation/information which customer needed, align with customer about SPEC/Testing method/MTD measurement method, including but not limited to: NPI階段如下資料文件的準(zhǔn)備,收集與整理,以及與客戶澄清檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),測試量測方法等。 1.SIP initiate 2.YRR 3.MTD (Transfer to Customer Format/Translation) 4.CPK 5.GR&R 6.QCP 7.Correlation test data with customer 8.Make program part list 9.Customer Complain handling 10 quality improvement 11.Customer visit/Meeting 12.Quality data record 13.Others 3. Work with QMS team to well implement DOC system during quality control. Proactively uses suitable quality improvement tools and promote in workplace, to improve quality control. 按計(jì)劃協(xié)助實(shí)施質(zhì)量體系及過程審核并跟蹤改進(jìn)措施,在工作中積極使用適當(dāng)?shù)馁|(zhì)量改進(jìn)工具并進(jìn)行大力推廣,促進(jìn)質(zhì)量控制方面的改進(jìn)。 3.3 Assists the QMS to complete customer audit and internal audit. 協(xié)助QMS完成客戶對公司的審核,以及公司內(nèi)部審核。 4. External customer quality service 外部客戶品質(zhì)服務(wù) 4.1.Take leader of Customer complain, organizing related team members to discuss and find root cause and take corrective action ,response customer in time with 8D report. 客戶投訴處理與跟蹤,針對客戶投訴品質(zhì)異常,組織相關(guān)部門制訂糾正、預(yù)防措施并回復(fù)客戶,監(jiān)督和跟蹤實(shí)施過程及效果.及時(shí)回復(fù)客戶8D報(bào)告。 4.2. Work with team members to do continues improvement base on customer feedback information. 依客戶反饋內(nèi)容持續(xù)推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線持續(xù)改善。 4.3. Run PDCA logic to push production improvement. 會(huì)運(yùn)用PDCA理念推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線持續(xù)改善。 4.4 Contact customer to align SPEC/Standard/Test method…etc. during NPI stage,參考ITEM --2項(xiàng)目品質(zhì)管理Project Quality Management. 4.5.Work with sales and customer service department, to take regular customer visit and maintain customer relationship. 與業(yè)務(wù)和客服部門合作,定期拜訪相關(guān)客戶,維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系。 4.6. Work with sales team about related business issues. 與業(yè)務(wù)部門合作處理相關(guān)商務(wù)方面事宜。 5. Record, Reporting /記錄,報(bào)告品質(zhì)相關(guān)文件。 5.1 Completes product quality inspection and control document, such as QPI,QCP. 制定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量方面的檢驗(yàn)和控制文件,如QI,品質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)文件QCP. 5.2 Collect, Record and summaries quality data, report and establish improvement plan according to confirmed schedule. 收集及匯總質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),按所確定的周期匯報(bào)并制定改進(jìn)方案。 5.3 Customer complain/RMA record and analysis,follow up the progress. 客戶投訴/反饋/退貨RMA/的分析,跟進(jìn)以及整理分析報(bào)告。 5.4 Record all quality issue from NPI to MP till EOL, update it timely and summary. 從NPI-MP-EOL所有品質(zhì)問題記錄并定期匯總。 5.5 Handling QA MOH隔離區(qū)物料的處理。 6.上級主管交待的其它事宜。Other task from management. 任職資格Qualifications 教育水平:大?;蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷 Education:College degree or above 專業(yè):理工科或者相關(guān)專業(yè) Major: Science and Engineering or related major 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):3年以上質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗(yàn),有CQE客訴處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)+產(chǎn)線異常處理經(jīng)驗(yàn),或者CQE客訴處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)+跟新項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn), 具有模切行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 Work Experience: Min >3 years quality experience; either CQE(customer quality complaint issue handling) +QE(production quality issue handling) experience or CQE+ New project experience(NPI) ,Work experience in die cut industry preferred. 英語要求:讀寫聽說。優(yōu)先考慮英語會(huì)話溝通能力者。優(yōu)先英語四六級 English Requirement: can read, write, listen, speak English, English certification CT4 / 6 is preferred. 能力要求Capacity Requirement: 1. 具有質(zhì)量策劃以及生產(chǎn)件提交能力。 Competence on quality planning and production part submission. 2. 具備產(chǎn)線異常處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)及溝通能力。 Production line issue handling experience and good communication ability with customer. 3. 具有新項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 NPI project-quality follow up experience. 4. 會(huì)運(yùn)用8D及PDCA理念推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線持續(xù)改善,可獨(dú)立撰寫8D報(bào)告。 Run 8D and PDCA to push production improvement, Can write 8D reports independently. 5.具備客訴處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)及客戶溝通能力。 Customer complaints handling experience and good communication ability with customer. 6. 較強(qiáng)問題解決能力。 Strong problem-solving skill. 7. 熟悉ISO9001,ISO14001熟悉糾正預(yù)防措施,有客訴處理經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉項(xiàng)目開發(fā)流程。 Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14000,corrective and preventive actions,have the enough experience for handling customer complaint, familiar with the process of project development. 8. 熟悉并熟練應(yīng)用過程質(zhì)量控制工具,如QCP,CPK,SPC,FMEA,GR&R. Familiar with process control quality tools, such as QCP,CPK,SPC,FMEA,GR&R. 9. 系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量思維; Systematic quality mind.
