Lead and manage the quality department (4people)

Maintain the quality system and the certifications AS9100/EASA

Lead and perform system internal audits

Directly Manage customer quality complains

Supervise and set quality action plan to improve the company quality performance and efficiency

Responsible for suppliers quality

Responsible for projects quality
Must have :
Professional certification is a plus (Internal auditor, 6 sigma green belt…) .
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate computer proficiency in Microsoft and database environments.
Knowledge of KPI process monitoring and analysis.
Analytical problem solving and quality tools, Experience working with Root cause corrective and preventive actions.
Organizational and planning skills
Result oriented, Autonomous and decision making capacity
Either experienced in AS9100 or IATF (ISO TS) (aerospace or automotive industry)
Worked at least 3 years in manager position in quality
Worked in foreign company or Joint venture with foreign company
