The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating innovative architectural solutions. You will collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop concept designs, and contribute to all phases of the design process.
【主要職責(zé) Key Responsibilities】
1. 為住宅、商業(yè)、酒店等多種項(xiàng)目類(lèi)型提供建筑概念方案、初步設(shè)計(jì)及深化圖紙； Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for various project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
2. 運(yùn)用設(shè)計(jì)軟件制作高質(zhì)量的2D/3D圖紙、效果圖及匯報(bào)文件；Produce high-quality 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software.
3. 與工程師、顧問(wèn)及客戶協(xié)作優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案； Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to refine design solutions.
4. 參與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘與設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，確保項(xiàng)目落地符合設(shè)計(jì)意圖； Participate in site visits and design reviews to ensure project alignment with design intent.
【任職要求 Qualifications & Skills】
1. 教育背景： Education - 建筑學(xué)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科/碩士學(xué)歷； Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)： Experience - 2年以上建筑設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 2+ years of professional architectural design experience.
3.需提交體現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)能力與技術(shù)實(shí)力的作品集； Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and technical proficiency.
4. 熟練使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Revit、Rhino及Adobe創(chuàng)意套件； Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5.掌握BIM工作流及渲染軟件（D5,Lumion etc.）者優(yōu)先； Experience with BIM workflows and rendering software (D5,Lumion etc.) is a plus.
6.語(yǔ)言要求：英語(yǔ)流利（書(shū)面及口語(yǔ)），掌握中文者更佳。 Fluent in English (written and spoken). Chinese language skills are a bonus.
