工作職責:
1)培訓管理,包括培訓需求調查及分析、培訓計劃、培訓的實施及跟蹤;Training management, including training needs survey and analysis, Training plan making, Training implementation and follow up.
2) 招聘管理, 根據(jù)人員預算進行招聘安排, 人員面試與甄選;Recruitment management, Interview organize, Interview with recruitment department;
3) 員工關系管理; Employee Relations Management;
4)員工入職、離職、員工晉升、轉崗、轉正、試用、勞動合同管理;Employee on board,leave,promotion, transfer,probation,Labour contract management;
5) 溝通與合作,敬業(yè)度調查等各種調查及結果分析,員工活動的策劃與組織;commination & teamwork,Employee surveys delivery,Teambuilding organization;
6) 質量/環(huán)境/安全職責 Duties of Quality and Environment &Occupational Health & Safety:
7) 領導交辦的其他工作Other work assigned by direct leader.
任職要求:
1.熟悉人力資源相關模塊 Familiar with HR modules
2.有相關培訓、招聘工作經驗 Have work experience of training & recruitment
3.熟悉勞動合同法和當?shù)氐娜肆Y源管理相關的政策法規(guī)Familiar with labor contract law and local human resource management policies and regulations.
4熟練操作電腦,良好的英文水平 software skill and good English
