Position: HR Assistant (人力資源助理)

Job Responsibility & Accountability
Well communicate with the internal department to get the right needs for the vacancies;
Be in charge of recruitment, including CV screening and arranging the interview;
Conduct interviews with candidates with the professional manner;
Learn to use other recruiting channels to expand the candidate pool to build up the talent pipeline;
Create and maintain the regular recruiting report timely and accurately;
Involve in the new staff on-boarding arrangement;
Other tasks assigned by HR senior manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource is preferred
1-2 year working experience, especially focus on recruiting area
Competent in both written and spoken English
Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft office
Positive attitude, have ability to find and solve problem
A good team player, highly-organized and able to work under pressure
Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated
Good communication skills

其他人力資源高級經(jīng)理分配的任務(wù)
職位要求
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
擁有1-2年的招聘經(jīng)驗
優(yōu)秀的英語口語和筆譯能力,英語六級以上
良好計算機應(yīng)用能力,熟悉使用微軟辦公軟件
態(tài)度積極,有能力發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題
有良好的團隊合作精神,做事有條理,抗壓力強
性格靈活開朗,良好的與人溝通能力,自律
良好的溝通能力
