一、崗位職責： 1、平臺運營與管理： 賬號搭建與優(yōu)化：負責抖音國際版或 Temu 賬號的創(chuàng)建、完善和優(yōu)化工作； 產(chǎn)品上架與維護：根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃，進行產(chǎn)品上架操作； 店鋪日常運營：監(jiān)控店鋪的日常運營數(shù)據(jù)。 2、市場調(diào)研與選品 根據(jù)市場需求及公司產(chǎn)品特征安排合適的產(chǎn)品包裝及設(shè)計，并根據(jù)后續(xù)銷售情況不斷調(diào)整和優(yōu)化。 3、數(shù)據(jù)分析與運營決策 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品銷售的情況分析產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)缺點，及時調(diào)整方案，以符合市場的需求； 根據(jù)市場需求來策劃合適的營銷推廣方案。 4、客戶服務與維護 及時處理客戶咨詢與問題，以及報價詢盤等，維護好客平臺的形象，處理好售后；并反饋給公司內(nèi)部進行產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化。 維護好客戶的關(guān)系，對客戶進行分類管理，了解客戶需求，及時推送客戶需求產(chǎn)品和促銷活動等，提高復購和粘性。 5、內(nèi)部與物流管理協(xié)作 及時反饋客戶的需求，達成內(nèi)部提成； 安排合適的物流降低成品，確保物流及時達到客戶手里，提升客戶體驗。 二、任職要求： 1、大專及以上學歷，專業(yè)不限，具備 2 年以上電商行業(yè)運營經(jīng)驗，有跨境電商平臺客戶拓展經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 2、英語讀寫說流利（四級），善于學習，有耐心，抗壓能力強，責任心強。 3、熟悉平臺規(guī)則，具有良好的電商運營知識，有較強產(chǎn)品運營能力，會針對公司產(chǎn)品選擇適合的包裝方式，懂得產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化，根據(jù)公司需求制定適合的產(chǎn)品運營策略。 4、較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，針對產(chǎn)品的銷售情況，分析和手機數(shù)據(jù)，并根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)的變動做好規(guī)劃。 5、優(yōu)秀的社媒營銷能力，擅長制作短視頻，能根據(jù)公司的產(chǎn)品精準定位目標客戶，指定合適的營銷方案。 6、善于理解和溝通，精確了解客戶的需求，及時回復客戶的咨詢和投訴，處理好售后問題，并收集問題后反饋給公司對產(chǎn)品進行產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化，促進團隊進步和發(fā)展。
