Job Summary
崗位職責:
This position generates new business by managing business relationships between UPS and designated Enterprise Accounts. He/She executes business plans by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals. This position leads service and sales activity across UPS's portfolio of products and services including; Freight, Package, Forwarding, and Distribution. He/She drives global business growth through solution development, customer-facing communications, contract development, value creation, and negotiation. This position obtains knowledge about customers’ competitors to consult customers on UPS solutions that support their market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

Maintains contract compliance and renewal process to ensure elements of contracts are being followed and negotiated by both UPS and the customer.

Maintains and monitors customer information and account performance data for Freight, Package, and Forwarding and Distribution to track sales performance against sales objectives.

Utilizes business information and analysis reporting tools to assess account performance analysis.
運用業(yè)務信息和分析報告工具進行賬號績效分析。
Monitors and tracks competitors to gain competitive intelligence to be used in engaging prospects and customers.
市場敏銳度高,獲取最新信息,與潛在客戶和現有客戶積極溝通。

Requirements
要求:
1) Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline. Master’s
Degree or MBA will be a plus;
學士學位及以上,專業(yè)包括供應鏈管理、物流、市場營銷、工商或相關學科。優(yōu)先考慮碩士學位或MBA學歷;
2) Candidate with strong experience background in life science and/or medical device/pharmaceutical industry (or related) with
extensive knowledge of GMP/GSP/GDP environment and 3PL/4PL experience will be an added advantage;
優(yōu)先考慮具有在生命科學和/或醫(yī)療設備/制藥行業(yè)(或相關領域)的經驗背景,優(yōu)先考慮具有廣泛的GMP/GSP/GDP環(huán)境知識和3PL/4PL經驗的候選人;
3) Candidate with healthcare regulations knowledge or healthcare service experience is strongly preferred;

4) Familiar with ISO certification knowledge (especially ISO 13485:2003);
