Key Responsibilities:
1. Course Instruction:Develop detailed lesson plans and deliver instruction in English, following the AP Economics curriculum (covering both Microeconomics and Macroeconomics).
2. Exam Preparation:Analyze AP exam requirements in depth, provide systematic test-taking strategies and review support to help students achieve outstanding results on the AP exam.
3. Student Assessment: Design and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams; regularly assess student progress and provide targeted feedback and guidance based on individual needs.
4. Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages critical thinking and the application of economic concepts to real-world issues.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student performance; actively participate in teaching discussions and school activities.
Basic Requirements:
1. Teaching Experience: Proven ability and experience in teaching AP Economics, with a strong familiarity with the AP exam structure and scoring guidelines.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3. Language Proficiency:Ability to teach in professional English, with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent (e.g., TOEFL 100+); excellent spoken and written academic English.
