崗位職責:
1. Carry out material handling equipment servicing in accordance with customer's quality standards and time schedules;
根據客戶質量標準和計劃表實施設備維護;
2. To undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices;
按照制造商的建議和行業(yè)標準進行定期修理;
3. Diagnosis of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/PLC/PC faults and subsequent repairs;
診斷機械/電氣/電子/PLC/PC故障,并實施維修;
4. To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times;
始終遵守健康和安全的相關規(guī)定;
5. Other duties assigned by manager.
經理分配的其他任務。
任職資質:
1. Three (minimum) - Five-year experience in troubleshooting electromechanical and/or mechanical equipment.
3-5年電氣和/或機械調試經驗;
2. A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings.
具備理解機械、電氣和和電子技術手冊及圖紙的經驗;
3. Working experience with troubleshooting TIA1500 PLC's is required.
TIA1500 PLC 操作經驗優(yōu)先;
4. Basic understanding of control systems and techniques.
對控制系統和技術有基本的了解;
5. Successful candidate should have some working experience with material handling equipment.
物料搬運設備相關工作經驗者優(yōu)先;
6. Must be willing to be on call and work on shifts accordingly.
愿意接受隨叫隨到并相應輪班的工作方式。
7. Associates degree in mechanical program, electrical program. Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
大專以上學歷,電氣專業(yè)/工程專業(yè)本科優(yōu)先。
