**核心職責 / Essential Responsibilities:** 1. 負責人才招聘面試協(xié)調(diào)及其他招聘行政工作 - Responsible for TA interview coordination and other TA administrative work 2. 協(xié)助招聘專員完成端到端招聘全流程,包括但不限于管理職位發(fā)布與流程合規(guī)、啟動招聘、候選人尋訪與篩選、面試安排、候選人追蹤及每周向業(yè)務部門提交招聘狀態(tài)報告 - Assist Recruiter for the wing-to-wing recruitment process, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, interview arrangement, candidate tracking and weekly status updates to business partners 3. 組織面試反饋會議,擬定薪資方案,發(fā)放口頭錄用通知并簽發(fā)雇傭協(xié)議 - Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements 4. 與利益相關方建立穩(wěn)固關系,深入理解其業(yè)務與人才需求,建立多元化人才儲備庫 - Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop expertise in their business and talent needs to create diverse talent pools and pipelines 5. 與部門主管及人力資源部門協(xié)作,確保候選人獲得良好應聘體驗 - Collaborate with People Leaders and HR to ensure a positive candidate’s experience 6. 運用主動創(chuàng)新的尋聘策略及多樣化技術(shù)手段滿足業(yè)務招聘需求 - Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to meet the hiring demand of the business 7. 聯(lián)合當?shù)卣畽C構(gòu)或院校組織招聘會 - Partner with local government bodies or institutions for career fairs 8. 負責對接獵頭公司及招聘網(wǎng)站供應商,每周提交招聘指標報告 - Responsible for liaising with recruitment agencies, Job Board vendors and weekly reporting of TA metrics 9. 指導部門主管/面試官在面試中運用"精準甄選"評估法 - Coach People Leaders / interviewers to incorporate Careful Selection assessment during their interview 10. 審視現(xiàn)有流程并提出精益改進建議 - Challenge current processes and highlight opportunities to improve on our Lean journey 11. 遵循GE品牌戰(zhàn)略有效運用社交媒體工具 - Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE’s Brand Strategy 12. 為業(yè)務部門提供定制化市場情報數(shù)據(jù) - Provide ad hoc market intelligence data to business **任職要求 / Qualifications/ Requirements:** 1. 本科及以上學歷,具有2年以上跨國公司招聘經(jīng)驗 - Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of recruiting experience in MNC company 2. 至少2年面試安排及招聘協(xié)調(diào)工作經(jīng)驗 - At least 2 years of experience in interview arrangement and TA coordination work **優(yōu)先考慮條件 / Desired Characteristics:** 1. 具有協(xié)調(diào)全球利益相關方面試的經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 - Experience in interview arrangement with global stakeholders is preferred 2. 熟悉Workday系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先 - Knowledge of Workday is preferred 3. 具備雇主品牌建設、招聘流程優(yōu)化及招聘項目管理經(jīng)驗 - Experience in Employer Branding, TA process improvement and TA Projects 4. 出色的溝通能力與快速學習能力,尊重他人,思維敏捷,責任心強 - Strong communicator and quick learner, respectful, agile, and committed 5. 能夠分享關鍵信息,坦誠溝通,提出建設性意見 - Shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively 6. 具備協(xié)作精神,善于分析思考,具有流程優(yōu)化意識與批判性思維 - Collaborative, analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker
