職位描述

來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)（IQC）成品檢驗(yàn)（FQC）制程檢驗(yàn)（IPQC）電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路醫(yī)療設(shè)備/器械
一、崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品全流程檢驗(yàn)工作，涵蓋進(jìn)貨檢驗(yàn)、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)及最終成品檢驗(yàn)，嚴(yán)格依據(jù)檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行操作，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)。
2.及時(shí)收集、整理檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的各類數(shù)據(jù)，詳實(shí)填寫檢驗(yàn)記錄，保證數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、完整，可追溯。
3.嚴(yán)格遵循不合格品處理流程，對(duì)檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)的不合格品進(jìn)行標(biāo)識(shí)、隔離，協(xié)助跟進(jìn)不合格品的評(píng)審、返工 / 返修或報(bào)廢等后續(xù)處理。
4.配合質(zhì)量部日常工作安排，完成部門交辦的其他與質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)的任務(wù)。
二、任職要求
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限。
2.3 年以上檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉檢驗(yàn)基本流程與規(guī)范，具備電子產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3.能讀懂機(jī)械圖紙，理解電子產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)要求；熟練操作示波器、卷尺等檢驗(yàn)工具，可準(zhǔn)確判斷產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀況。
4.具備良好的責(zé)任心與嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度，嚴(yán)格遵守檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與公司規(guī)章制度。
5.持有安規(guī)三項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)證書者優(yōu)先考慮。
