Lead sales team, develop team members and ensure achieve annual sales objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with stakeholders to identify Signode China target segments of Nonmetal.
2. Develop win strategies, including but not limited to sales/marketing and product, monitor its implementation to achieve annual sales objectives.
3. Develop new customers, build pipelines and track effectively to win orders.
4. Maintain existing customers/partners relationship, enhance customer engagement to increase revenue.
5. Lift team members capability and engagement, continuously increase team member productivity.
6. Marketing intelligence e.g.: customer, competitors, new technology, development trend, on timely feedback and drive for change/ business decision.
7. Work as the window/bridge between internal and external and as owner to drive to meet customer requirements.
8. Marketing& Sales support, and other tasks being assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored at mechanical or Automation.
2. Minimum 12 years sales experience, mechanical equipment or packaging line product background
3. At least 5 years experiences on sales team management
4. Proven excellent experiences on growing business as sales team leader
5. Excellent communication skills
6. English can be working language
