崗位職責(zé): 1、 根據(jù)市場發(fā)展和公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,制定銷售計(jì)劃及量化銷售目標(biāo),并負(fù)責(zé)依據(jù)銷售目標(biāo)的達(dá)成; 2、 管理人員協(xié)助外派人員,開發(fā)市場與代理商; 3、 拜訪各市場代理商,制定盟約,維護(hù)和開發(fā)各市場的新客戶或新產(chǎn)品; 4、 安排季度工作,指示給部門組長/ 主辦 跨部門溝通&管理&配合; 5、 制定相對應(yīng)的市場策略,指示各市場主辦/ 駐外工程師/ 公司代理 動(dòng)向與策略; 6、 根據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)應(yīng)收賬款的要求,保證應(yīng)收賬款的及時(shí)收回; 7、 控制部門預(yù)算,降低費(fèi)用成本。 崗位要求: 1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,國際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)英語、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)。 2、 英語書寫及口語流利,能夠與國際客戶進(jìn)行有效溝通。 3、 5-10年以上外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉外貿(mào)流程,有客戶資源者優(yōu)先。 4、 熟悉SEO,有相關(guān)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),能通過搜索引擎優(yōu)化提升公司網(wǎng)站流量和知名度。 5、 具備良好的溝通能力和人際交往能力,能夠與不同文化背景的客戶建立良好的合作關(guān)系。 6、 具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能夠與公司內(nèi)部各部門緊密合作,共同推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。 7、 具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和適應(yīng)能力,能夠快速掌握行業(yè)知識(shí)和公司產(chǎn)品信息。具備較強(qiáng)的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力。 8、 要有管道管件、泵閥同行業(yè)銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 Job Responsibilities : 1.Based on market development and the company's strategic planning, formulate sales plans and quantify sales targets, and be responsible for achieving the sales targets. 2. Management personnel assist dispatched personnel in developing markets and agents. 3. Visit agents in each market, formulate covenants, and maintain and develop new customers or new products in each market; 4. Arrange quarterly work and instruct department leaders/hosts on cross-departmental communication, management and cooperation. 5. Develop corresponding market strategies and direct the trends and strategies of each market director/overseas engineers/company agents; 6. In accordance with the requirements of financial accounts receivable, ensure the timely recovery of accounts receivable. 7. Control the departmental budget and reduce expense costs. Job Requirements : 1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international trade, Business English, Marketing or related fields. 2. Fluent in both written and spoken English, capable of communicating effectively with international clients. 3. More than 5-10 years of relevant working experience in foreign trade business management, familiar with foreign trade processes, and those with customer resources are preferred. 4. Familiar with SEO, with relevant practical experience, and capable of enhancing the company's website traffic and popularity through search engine optimization. 5. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be capable of establishing good cooperative relationships with clients from different cultural backgrounds. 6.
