該職位主要負(fù)責(zé)處理財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)管理報(bào)告,法定報(bào)告及會(huì)計(jì)月度對(duì)賬工作,為公司內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)及外部審計(jì)提供關(guān)鍵支持。

【主要職責(zé)】
1,財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告生成: 熟練使用報(bào)告系統(tǒng)及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確生成財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告,包括但不限于利潤(rùn)表,資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表等管理報(bào)告及法定報(bào)告,關(guān)聯(lián)公司交易報(bào)告等,并確保報(bào)告符合國(guó)際會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則和公司政策
2,會(huì)計(jì)科目對(duì)賬: 定期執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)會(huì)計(jì)科目對(duì)賬,主動(dòng)識(shí)別及匯報(bào)無(wú)法抵銷的集團(tuán)內(nèi)關(guān)聯(lián)公司交易情況,與市場(chǎng)財(cái)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)了解不匹配原因并協(xié)調(diào)修正,確保各市場(chǎng)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性
3,支持月結(jié)工作:協(xié)助完成各市場(chǎng)月度財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)賬工作,審核和協(xié)調(diào)修正市場(chǎng)提交的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù),收集及提供財(cái)務(wù)差異分析,確保月結(jié)按時(shí)準(zhǔn)確完成
4,支持預(yù)測(cè)和預(yù)算工作: 定期生成年度預(yù)算和財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)報(bào)告,審核各市場(chǎng)提交的數(shù)據(jù),按照?qǐng)F(tuán)隊(duì)要求及時(shí)協(xié)助市場(chǎng)整合更新項(xiàng)目,為管理層決策提供支持

5,更新及新報(bào)告建立: 維護(hù)和更新現(xiàn)有財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告模板,設(shè)計(jì)和建立新財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告/財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告模板,以滿足內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu)的報(bào)告需求

6,亞太中央支持: 作為Central Support成員,基于報(bào)告檢查項(xiàng)為亞太市場(chǎng)提供審核數(shù)據(jù)工作,及時(shí)匯報(bào)香港團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)助解決相關(guān)問(wèn)題。

7,行政事務(wù): 定期查詢及匯報(bào)各市場(chǎng)報(bào)告提交情況,處理日常行政事務(wù),如文件歸檔等

8,其他職責(zé): 按時(shí)完成完成團(tuán)隊(duì)及上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的其他相關(guān)工作或特別任務(wù)
【任職要求】
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn): 至少4年以上財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有四大會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所經(jīng)驗(yàn)者為佳
教育背景: 財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)位及以上學(xué)歷,CPA/ACCA等證書優(yōu)先
專業(yè)技能:
o 具備扎實(shí)的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)知識(shí)和技能
o 熟練掌握財(cái)務(wù)軟件和辦公軟件,高級(jí)Excel技能包括宏基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)
o 有使用ERP報(bào)告系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

Overview of job
This position will be the key person to handle management report, statutory report, accounting reconciliation and provide support to internal operations and external audit.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Regional Finance Manager, GroupM APAC regional
Major Responsibilities:
? Generate Financial Reports: Use reporting system to generate timely and accurate financial reports, including but not limited to P&L, balance sheet, intercompany report, sub-schedules etc. for both management and statutory books.
? Account Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, proactively identify and report any intercompany mismatches, coordinate with market finance teams for corrections.
? Month End Closing: support market month end closing, check and examine market submission, rectify timely if any errors, collect and provide variance financial analysis.
? Budgeting and Forecasting: generate annual budget and forecast reports, review market submission, promptly assist market to reflect the latest adjustment updates.
? Report Updates and New Report Setup: Maintain and update existing report template; design and set up new reports as required.
? APAC Central Support: as CS member, examine and review data across all markets in APAC region, report to HK regional team in a timely manner to assist resolving issues.
? Admin: report market submission status, handle admin work i.e. filing document etc.
? Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the team lead.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in financial reporting, candidate with experience from big four accounting firm is recommended.
2. Educational Background: A degree in accounting or finance, CPA/ACCA preferred.
3. Technical Proficiency:
Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of macros.
Experience working with ERP reporting systems is highly desirable.

Honest, strong sense of responsibility and initiative,
Good logical thinking and analytical skills
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Good time management skill, able to complete tasks on time under pressure
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
5. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (English is the main communication language)
