應(yīng)收應(yīng)付財(cái)務(wù)/審計(jì)/稅務(wù)
Responsibilities 1. Provide the daily activities of the Account Receivable services associated with Billings and VAT invoicing 2. Assist the supervisor in managing order to cash cycle time. Efforts to maintain metric targets for all customers. 3. Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for AR activity consistent with policies and procedures. 4. Contact to CS/Customers to resolve the collection issues, coordination internally with sales, credit, and operation etc. 5. Responsible for over dues ,proactively follow up AR collection to avoid overdue, resolution of over dues by telephone or letter - Establish customer relationship in the long-term to ensure an on-time payment ,early detect the collection risks 6. Respond to invoicing/AR statement inquiries and requests ,provides immediate action to queries and follow-up with appropriate resolution 7. Necessary document filling 8. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager Academic qualifications: Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance Professional Experience: 1. Total work experience 1-3 years, including 1 years in AR function 2. Shared service organizations experience is preferred 3. Ability to proficiently operate PC and related software packages, SAP experience is preferred 4. Good English reading and writing skills. 5.
