崗位職責(zé):
- 負責(zé)員工全周期管理工作,包括入職手續(xù)辦理、離職流程跟進、勞動合同簽訂/續(xù)簽等;
- 維護員工考勤記錄,處理異??记谇闆r,確保數(shù)據(jù)準確性;
- 管理商業(yè)保險(社保/公積金/補充商業(yè)保險)的參保、理賠及政策解答;
- 處理員工檔案管理、人事數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計及上級交辦的其他事務(wù)。
任職要求:
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、英語或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
- 年齡30歲以下,英語口語流利(CET-6及以上),能獨立與外籍員工溝通;
- 熟悉勞動法及社保政策,有1年以上HR實務(wù)經(jīng)驗(優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆生可培訓(xùn)上崗);
- 熟練使用Office辦公軟件,具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和保密意識。
薪資范圍: 月薪4-6k(具體根據(jù)經(jīng)驗面議)+ 五險一金 + 1.5天周休

Key Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle management of employees (onboarding, offboarding, contract administration);
- Maintain attendance records and resolve discrepancies;
- Administer commercial insurance policies (social security, housing fund, supplementary insurance);
- Manage employee files and HR data reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, English, or related fields;
- Under 30 years old with CET-6+ English proficiency;
- Familiarity with labor laws and insurance policies;
- 1+ year HR experience preferred, but high-potential fresh graduates considered;
- Proficient in MS Office and communication skills.
Salary: RMB 4,000-6,000/month (negotiable) + benefits
