RESPONSIBILITIES ?Work in collaboration with the Deputy Director – HR&A and the counterpart in Hong Kong to co-create and design strategies, solutions and plans that are responsive to organisational needs across Chinese Mainland at Swire Properties. ?Provide oversight on execution and adoption of an overall plan that includes implementing Chinese Mainland-wide programmes, with a quality and consistency across regions. Ensure alignment with business objectives, market benchmarks, industry trends and evolving employee needs. ?Ensure that the programme of work is on budget, executed on schedule and that quality is upheld. ?Provide governance and advisory support to Centre HR teams across geographies on Learning & Talent Development in line with SPROPS L&TD strategy. ?Provide regular reports on 1) analysis and insights on business-as-usual operations and new initiatives 2) market trends across regions. ?Oversee and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are in place and upheld. ?Lead the team; setting objectives, managing performance, motivate and develop the team. ?Conduct robust training needs analysis. ?Support the Deputy Director to facilitate a world class training curriculum aimed at developing current and future capabilities needed for our business to succeed. ?Responsible for designing and facilitating training for our corporate employees as well as our frontline/customer facing employees. ?Lead and support other Centre HR to roll out and deliver the training and development programmes across regions. ?Develop and implement E-learning content for our employees. ?Manage development support for employees such as mentoring and coaching. ?Oversee training operations, ensuring that logistics are managed smoothly and effectively. ?Negotiate contracts with external vendors as and when needed. ?Manage our talent programmes in the Chinese Mainland e.g. Property Executive (PE) programme ?Collaborate with other CoE functions and Centre HR, Line Managers and employees on follow through of professional and personal development plans. ?Establish evaluation methodologies and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning and development initiatives. ?Manage the learning and development budget. ?Lead, develop and motivate the learning and talent development team. REQUIREMENTS ?Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines ?Professional qualifications in HR and certified executive coach advantageous ?Minimum 8 years’ experience in learning and development ?Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese ?Skilled in designing and facilitating corporate wide training and development initiatives ?Strong business acumen, drive for results, situational adaptability ?Ability to deal with complexity, assertive to drive changes and new ideas ?Excellent influencing skills and stakeholder management ?Strong track record of building effective teams and driving engagement ?
