汽車行業(yè)機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)器人應(yīng)用ABB愛普生電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路儀器儀表制造工業(yè)自動(dòng)化
崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)器人應(yīng)用程序的編寫、調(diào)試；
2、配合機(jī)械工程師完成項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)；
3、負(fù)責(zé)與機(jī)械、電氣工程師合作，制定非標(biāo)設(shè)備方案設(shè)計(jì)；
4、完成項(xiàng)目可行性測試及分析，能夠熟練使用仿真工具；
5、完成機(jī)械手臂程序及調(diào)試方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,培訓(xùn)文檔編寫等；
任職要求：
1、工業(yè)自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化等專業(yè)，大專及以上學(xué)歷；
2、3年以上工業(yè)機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)集成應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目獨(dú)立工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備一定的電氣電子基礎(chǔ)，了解PLC控制，了解低壓配電及驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，熟練掌握FANUC、ABB等主流機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的編程、使用和應(yīng)用；
3、熟悉機(jī)械手夾爪方案設(shè)計(jì)，對機(jī)器人在機(jī)床上下料，搬運(yùn)，碼垛、視覺引導(dǎo)裝配有一定了解；
4、對機(jī)器人通訊協(xié)議如Profinet、TCP/IP等進(jìn)行過實(shí)際應(yīng)用；
5、熟悉機(jī)器視覺原理與應(yīng)用，有視覺引導(dǎo)應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)；
6、善于溝通，具備較強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)強(qiáng)，能吃苦耐勞；
