Responsibilities:
1. Business Continuity Plan
Help on BIA, BCP procedures, BCP test.
Strong communication with technical support team and HO BCP team.
Provide valuable opinions on the improvements of BCP set up.
Coordinate CMT/BCP teams during the crisis as the back-up of the manager.
2. CLSi (Local Coordinator for Information Security)
Help on the annual tasks assigned by the manager.
Provide valuable opinions on the improvements of IS.
Strong communication with technical support team and HO ISS team.
3. Project Management
Assist on coordination of projects assigned by the Manager.
Communicate with different departments and organize working group / project meetings.
Project documentations.
Analyze the situation and timely report to the Manager.
Be able to follow the topics and solve the issues with the assistance by the Manager.
Qualifications：
· Bachelor’s degree and above, Major in Finance or IT, fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience.
· The personality of skilled for communication.
· Good command of English.
· Detail oriented with good team-working spirit.
· Skilled in MS office, including Excel, PPT and Word.
· Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines.
