1. Process Design andExecution工藝設(shè)計與執(zhí)行
Participate in the design and optimization of
small-scale assembly processes, generate and update BOMs and flowcharts. Use CATIA to extract basic part information and support the creation and
maintenance of process documents (e.g., drawing trees).

2.SOW Implementation& Execution工作包引入和執(zhí)行
Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor).
交付項包括：工藝制定、試制件計劃、風(fēng)險/機會/問題的管理、驗收計劃和執(zhí)行、（質(zhì)量、材料用量、工時）目標(biāo)的達成。
3. Process Improvement工藝改進
Deliverables include: Idea generation, Business case development, Idea implementation and execution.
交付項包括：改進方法的生成、經(jīng)濟性評估、改進方法的執(zhí)行
4. Change Management構(gòu)型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication, take charge of change implementation.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更改委員會控制所有工程更改和工藝更改。進行風(fēng)險和機會識別及交流。負責(zé)管理更改導(dǎo)入。
5. .Cross-Department Collaboration跨部門協(xié)作
Collaborate with other department to track on-site production issues and propose solutions.
與其他部門協(xié)作，跟蹤生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場問題并提出解決方案。
6.Othes 其他
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Basic Requirements 任職要求：

5. Skilled with CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD, as well as MS Office. 熟練使用CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD或其他建模軟件，以及微軟Office辦公軟件。6.Preference will be given to candidates with a background in aviation manufacturing. 航空制造背景者優(yōu)先。
