Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the preparation and translation of materials related to overseas business expansion.
2. Assist in following up on the progress of cross-border projects, organizing project documents and data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
3. Participate in project meetings and record key content, assist in outputting meeting minutes.
4. Assist in maintaining the international strategic partner information database, updating contacts and cooperation records.
5. Participate in the preparation work for cross-border collaboration conferences.
6. Other daily administrative tasks.
Ability requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, English majors are preferred.
2. Passed CET6
3. Master the trial of office tools and the application of basic functions.
4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, maintain a serious attitude, and have the ability to continuously learn.
