【主要職責(zé)】
1. 項目計劃及推動
負(fù)責(zé)制定項目計劃，是項目推進的第一責(zé)任人。

2. 溝通與協(xié)調(diào)

對客戶：定期匯報進度、確認(rèn)需求變化、參加協(xié)調(diào)會議、處理現(xiàn)場問題、維持客戶關(guān)系。
對供應(yīng)商：跟進物料交期、安排施工團隊、監(jiān)督質(zhì)量、協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場資源、完成驗收流程。
3. 現(xiàn)場支持與管理
人：管理內(nèi)部團隊與分包商團隊，確?，F(xiàn)場各項工作按計劃執(zhí)行。
物：確保物料到位及施工資源充足，避免缺料、錯料或丟料情況發(fā)生。
質(zhì)量：負(fù)責(zé)施工過程的質(zhì)量管控，確保施工結(jié)果符合項目要求與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

4. 文件管理
文件準(zhǔn)備：準(zhǔn)備并維護項目相關(guān)文件，如項目計劃、會議紀(jì)要、BOQ、進度表、報告等。
資料收集：督促團隊定期提交資料，確保信息及時更新。
歸檔與結(jié)構(gòu)：整理與歸檔項目文件，維護統(tǒng)一的文件夾結(jié)構(gòu)，確保資料完整、清晰、可追溯，并方便團隊查閱最新版本。
版本控制：確保文件版本管理一致（如圖紙、計劃、變更記錄），避免使用過期文件。
文件同步：根據(jù)要求提交對內(nèi)及對外文件，包括客戶審核所需資料。
驗收資料：確保過程驗收資料及時提交，跟蹤客戶簽字確認(rèn)并做好記錄。

【Job Brief】
We are looking for a Project Management member who will oversee and coordinate project activities to ensure that projects progress smoothly and are completed according to plan.

1. Project Planning & Execution

? With customers: provide regular progress updates, confirm requirement changes, attend coordination meetings, resolve on-site issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
? With suppliers: follow up material delivery schedules, arrange contractor teams, monitor quality, coordinate on-site resources, and complete inspection/acceptance procedures.
3. On-site Support & Management
? People: Manage internal team members and subcontractor teams to ensure all on-site activities are carried out according to the project plan.
? Materials: Ensure materials and installation resources are available on time, preventing shortages, mismatches, or loss of materials.
? Quality: Oversee construction quality to ensure all work meets project requirements and standards.
? Safety: Ensure all workers follow safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
? Issue Handling: Follow up and resolve on-site issues promptly, and when necessary, report to supervisors and seek support from relevant teams.
4. Documentation Management
? Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain project documents such as project plans, meeting minutes, BOQs, schedules, and reports.
Data Collection: Ensure team members submit required documents regularly and that information is updated on time.?
Filing & Structure: Organize and archive project files, maintain a consistent folder structure, ensure documents are complete, clear, traceable, and accessible to the team.
?Version Control: Ensure consistent version management for drawings, plans, and change records to avoid using outdated documents.
?Document Submission: Submit required documents to internal teams and external stakeholders, including materials needed for client review.
?Inspection Records: Ensure inspection documents are submitted on time, follow up for customer signatures, and maintain proper records.
