Responsibilities
? Be responsible for the maintenance of office environment, the procurement and distribution of office supplies to meet the office needs of all departments.
? Coordinate the administrative logistics, including the management of canteen, vehicle scheduling clean service and other affairs.
? Prepare the annual administrative budget and complete the administrative expense analysis report and assist the fixed asset management and record.
? Collect and pre-check invoices; complete reimbursement requests; track payment status and file documents.
? Support to organize and coordinate all kinds of celebrations and activities.
? Hotel and travel service provider management, and support for business visa application.
? Shall comply with relevant HSE regulations, not limited to training, system documentation and the relevant professional skills for the position.
? Complete other administrative tasks assigned by line manager.
