How You Will Achieve It ● Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the division. ● Lead the development of the business plan for the in-market and pipeline products. ● Manage strategy development and execution to maximize revenues. ● Develop awareness campaigns, congress content in partnership with the Medical team. ● Develop channel specific customer segmentation and go-to-market models, Life-cycle Management plan for Brand or Portfolio. ● Select best fitting modules for local needs for campaign development. ● Manage cross-functional brand leadership across Field Force, Account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc. ● Lead in-country cross-functional team and work in collaboration with global cross-functional teams in order to coordinate the activities of these teams to achieve brand objectives. ● Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target. ● Manage local agencies for trans-creation and validate brand-specific messages, design training. ● Ensure that customer and patient insights as well as market issues are well understood and processed into the local and European business plans. ● Drive market intelligence gathering initiatives for existing and new products by liaising with the sales teams and market research agencies. Qualifications ● Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree or MBA is preferred; ● Clinical Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical manicuring related majors is preferred; ● At least 3 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry; ● Knowledge of Marketing Mix principles, business acumen and marketing execution is must have; ● Preferred demonstrated initiative, strong strategic and leadership skills; ● Track record of working collaboratively across functions; ● Product management experience; ● Fluent in written and spoken English is required; ● Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word is must have.
