Responsible for all financial affairs of PGS Dalian site, include General Ledger accounting, internal controls, financial planning, cost accounting, business partnering and financial communication inside and outside the site. Provide financial support for continuous improvement and improvement of operational efficiency and support the site to meet all operational and financial target. Responsibility Scope: Finance Team Activities ● Develops Budget and Forecasts and monitors/reports financial performance and variances/ drivers. ● Reviews and communicates finance results with Regional Finance Director, Site Management Team and Above Site Finance. ● Reviews and analyzes site investments in inventory and fixed assets. ● Builds and Maintains relationships with shared service providers ● Ensures colleagues maintain training requirements and adhere to safe workplace standards. ● Coaching, mentoring and educating cross functional colleagues on financial acumen ● Partners with Site Management colleagues and advises on key business trends. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, contributing to the decision making and strategic planning ● Establish and promote a culture of continuous improvement ● Implement SAP production accounting implementation at Dalian site. ● Standard cost development. Internal Control Activities ● Maintains internal control environment and generally accepted accounting principles and adheres to all above site deliverables for monthly, quarterly and annual closing ● Lead Financial Compliance in additional to all audit activities (including SOX) Other Responsibilities ● Cooperate with shared service centers, provide support to the site target. ● Interpret and share the company's financial reports to the site leadership team and employees. ● Support the evaluation of strategic initiatives or options for the site. ● Assist IMEX to calculate project cost savings. ● Communication with government on any finance issue, incentive follow-up and negotiation.
