  • Actively participates in the development and implementation of processes, part development and equipment selection / installation
積極參與項目初期的工藝開發(fā)、產品開發(fā)及設備選型與安裝
  • Support development projects related to powder metallurgy components through material testing, data analysis, and process evaluation
支持粉末冶金件產品項目開發(fā)過程中的材料測試、數(shù)據(jù)分析與過程評估
  • Assist in experiments and evaluations that require understanding of powder metallurgy and material science principles
協(xié)助進行粉末冶金件產品材料特性的實驗和評估
  • Provides assistance in the recommendation of modifications to tooling, plant equipment and prototypes in development, to permit economical manufacturing; or to meet performance specifications and the requirements of serviceability
對開發(fā)中的模具、機器設備、工裝夾具提出合理化建議，以滿足性能規(guī)范及實用性、經(jīng)濟性要求
  • Supports and participates in production team meetings to review and resolve Quality, Service, Operations, Facilities, Human Resources and Health & Safety issues when required
支持并參與生產會議，在審核及解決質量、交付、運營、設施、人員及健康環(huán)境安全等問題時提出建議
  • Acts as a technical resource and provides support to the human resources, processes, products, and equipment employed within the area to which you may be assigned on a day-to-day basis

  • Contributes towards meeting the goals of producing quality parts, on-time and at the lowest possible cost
