Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare COD / Back Order and Collection Report weekly
2. 準備貨到付款/Back Order和收款報表周報
3. Merge Tax report/ M-Stock Audit Report/M-VAT IIT CIT/ Cashflow
4. 合并稅務報表/庫存報表/應交三稅報表/現(xiàn)金流量報表
5. Prepare sales related reports: Masterfile / Sales report /Winery report;
6. 準備銷售數(shù)據(jù)相關報告：主銷售數(shù)據(jù)表/銷售分析報告/酒莊銷量分析報告
7. Prepare monthly financial statements: M-Bad Payment/PL report/BS;
8. 編制月度管理報表：逾期未付客戶清單/損益表/資產(chǎn)負債表
9. To calculate Order plan for China and HK; 計算中國和香港的訂單計劃
10. Check bonus and merge C4C Target; 檢查銷售人員獎金數(shù)據(jù)并合并C4C目標數(shù)據(jù)；
11. Support Bod Meeting ppt data: Clients correlation analysis data / Masterfile not include tax;
12. 支持Bod Meeting ppt數(shù)據(jù)：客戶相關性分析數(shù)據(jù)/不含稅Masterfile數(shù)據(jù)準備；
13. Price post-update confirmation check; 更新后價格數(shù)據(jù)核對；
14. Involvement in other ad-hoc assignments and projects. 參與其他臨時任務和項目。
Requirements
1. College graduate and above, Accounting or finance related major本科及以上學歷，會計或金融相關專業(yè)
2. Proficient in using Excel and PPT熟練使用Excel和PPT
