主要負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的轉(zhuǎn)換，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的編寫及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的推進(jìn)，確保各項(xiàng)目節(jié)點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)時(shí)完成；以及現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)化及迭代開發(fā)工作。(必須有醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)）
一、崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)換和量產(chǎn)技術(shù)支持工作；Responsible for the company's product design and development, product design conversion and mass production technical support;
2.不斷優(yōu)化、改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)； Continuously optimize and improve product design;
3.對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行持續(xù)的質(zhì)量策劃，確保產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)符合相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求； Carry out continuous quality planning for products to ensure that product design and development meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards;
4.負(fù)責(zé)組織開展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理活動(dòng)；Responsible for organizing risk management activities;
5.制定技術(shù)文件，協(xié)助人力資源部組織實(shí)施技術(shù)人員的培訓(xùn)考核；Formulate technical documents and assist the human Resources Department to organize and implement the training and assessment of technical personnel;
6.組織進(jìn)行特殊過程的確認(rèn)方案，針對關(guān)鍵工序確定管控要求； Organize confirmation plans for special processes and determine control requirements for key processes;
7.識別并評估公司基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和工作環(huán)境，確定控制要求； Identify and evaluate company infrastructure and work environment to determine control requirements;
8.完成上級主管或公司交付的其他相關(guān)工作。Complete other related work assigned by superiors or the company。
二、任職資格：
1、熟悉醫(yī)療器械設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)流程；
Familiar with medical device design and development process；
2、醫(yī)療器械相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上優(yōu)先；
More than 3 years working experience in medical device technology is preferred；
3、需熟練使用Office等辦公軟件、熟練使用二維及三維作圖軟件等，熟練使用CAD、UG、SolidWorks、Pro/E等制圖軟件，精通各種常見機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，熟悉機(jī)加工工藝流程，熟悉金屬及塑膠件相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則；
It is necessary to be proficient in the use of office software such as Office, 2D and 3D drawing software, etc., proficient in the use of CAD, UG, SolidWorks, Pro/E and other drawing software, proficient in the design of various common mechanical structures, familiar with the machining process, familiar with the relevant design rules of metal and plastic parts
4、有相關(guān)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)可優(yōu)先考慮。
Relevant product development experience is preferred.
5、對醫(yī)療器械體系有一定的了解。
Have a certain understanding of the medical device system.
6、具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，較強(qiáng)的語言溝通能力和執(zhí)行力，吃苦耐勞、具有一定的抗壓能力。
Have good teamwork skills, strong language communication skills and execution, hard-working, and have a certain ability to work under pressure
三、教育背景要求
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、模具制造或機(jī)電一體化等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、有相關(guān)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的可降低至大專學(xué)歷。
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mold manufacturing or mechatronics; Experience in product development can be reduced to a college degree.
