1. 作為業(yè)務(wù)窗口獨(dú)立支持所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的業(yè)務(wù)跟進(jìn); 協(xié)調(diào)各方資源，支持區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)如期完成。 Work independently as contact window to support related business; Coordinate internally and externally to support regional sales target.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)銷(xiāo)售及相關(guān)部門(mén)管理從需求產(chǎn)生到款項(xiàng)回收的整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)流程，及時(shí)在系統(tǒng)中更新業(yè)務(wù)狀態(tài)。跟進(jìn)內(nèi)部流程的審批并及時(shí)做好信息整合和更新, 并做好文件歸檔工作。
Work with sales and functional departments to manage the whole process from opportunity to AR collection process, and update the business status timely in System. Follow up internal processes and update the commercial terms properly， and manage all commercial documents with proper filing.
3. 對(duì)外的客戶(hù)管理，負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)預(yù)期和合同履約管理，維持客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度
Customer maintenance, responsible for customer expectations and contract performance management, maintain customer satisfaction
4. 熟練Salesforce等系統(tǒng)操作， 并能推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化，提高業(yè)務(wù)流程效率。
Be Familiar with Salesforce and SAP system, continuously promote system optimization, and improve business process efficiency.
5. 熟練office辦公軟件，定期對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理和分析。如銷(xiāo)售預(yù)測(cè)、排產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、合同報(bào)表、庫(kù)存報(bào)表等。 Skilled in office software, Organize and analyze business data on regular basis. Such as, FCST, production plan, Contract Summary and Inventory report.
6, 完成上級(jí)經(jīng)理交待的其他任務(wù)。
Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
資歷要求（Qualification Criteria）：
1. 3-5年上外貿(mào)跟單、銷(xiāo)售支持或客戶(hù)服務(wù)等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉銷(xiāo)售支持和訂單跟進(jìn)及操作流程；優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生也可。
At least 35years related working experience on exporting business follow up, sales support or customer service, familiar with sales support and orders processing work. Fresh graduates are also welcome
2. 良好的溝通能力和執(zhí)行力,良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，積極主動(dòng), 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
Good communication skill, good execution, strong leadership, pro-active, good team spirit.
本科及以上學(xué)歷.
Bachelor degree or above.
3. 有sales force及ERP經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先（SAP）。
Experience on sales force and ERP （SAP）system is a plus.
4. 語(yǔ)言要求：英文流利
