Job objectives and responsibilities:

1. Be familiar with performance，mounting，application requirements of different type of
sensor&actuators，Support customer to choose the right type Sensor&actuators on new
projects of aftertreatment or engine system.
熟悉傳感器和執(zhí)行器性能，安裝，應(yīng)用等要求，根據(jù)客戶需求提供產(chǎn)品選型指導(dǎo)，協(xié)助客戶完成新的后處理系統(tǒng)或者發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目上的傳感器和執(zhí)行器選擇
2. Base on the customer project requirement, according to Cummins
specification requirement, finish the DVPR/ESW tasks for the sensor&actuators
integration.
根據(jù)客戶項(xiàng)目的節(jié)點(diǎn)要求，基于康明斯的工程規(guī)范的要求，在各個(gè)階段主導(dǎo)完成相應(yīng)的傳感器和執(zhí)行器應(yīng)用DVPR 以及ESW任務(wù)驗(yàn)證.
3. Work closely with the development team and technical project leader in platforms
to get new production development progress and failures solutions，collaborate with customer
cross-function team to align for system level validation and integration tasks and
ensure the validation resource are ready in advance，follow up the test progress
and report to program team regularly to ensure project on track.
與傳感器和執(zhí)行器開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)及平臺(tái)技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人緊密合作，獲取最新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)度與失效問題解決進(jìn)展，與客戶不同職能團(tuán)隊(duì)一起確認(rèn)傳感器和執(zhí)行器系統(tǒng)級(jí)別驗(yàn)證及集成任務(wù)，確保實(shí)驗(yàn)資源，跟進(jìn)驗(yàn)證進(jìn)展并定期匯報(bào)給項(xiàng)目組，確保項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行。
4. Has the knowledge for different failure mode of sensor&actuators，responsible for
investigating for sensor&actuator related FIRG issues, Participate in internal/customer
PQC and FIRG meeting, Use 7-Step to report sensor&actuator issues that
happened in Warranty failures / VPI project to PQC quality team /VPI Project
team，work with project team members to make the action plan and solve the
issue.
對不同傳感器和執(zhí)行器的主要失效模式有一定了解，負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目階段的傳感器和執(zhí)行器相關(guān)的FIRG（失效事件）問題調(diào)查，參加內(nèi)部/客戶 PQC 和FIRG 會(huì)議，使用7步法報(bào)告向PQC質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)或VPI項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)匯報(bào)售后故障或VPI項(xiàng)目階段發(fā)生的問題，與項(xiàng)目成員一起制定相關(guān)解決方案。
5. Get close engagement to China JVs’ and Global customer, and collect the new
application requirements, Rapid response and lead to solve related Sensor&actuator
application issues in time.
緊密聯(lián)系國內(nèi)的合資廠及全球客戶，收集客戶新應(yīng)用需求，快速響應(yīng)及時(shí)解決傳感器和執(zhí)行器產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用問題.
Required
experience and technical skills:
要求的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技術(shù)能力

Bachelor degree or above，major in Electronic, Mechanical
Design, or related field. 電子和機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。

Ability to work with
customer and team members in a global environment能與客戶及國際背景的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員協(xié)調(diào)工作。
·
Willing to accept
responsibility, full of passion and eager to learn.愿意承擔(dān)責(zé)任，充滿激情，求知欲強(qiáng)。
·
5+ years’ experience
relating to Automotive Electronic/Electronic product development . 5年以上的汽車電子或電子電器相關(guān)產(chǎn)品工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Knowledge of analog and
digital circuit.基本的模電數(shù)電知識(shí)
·
Knowledge of electronic
and actuator product structure design and simulation.基本的電子產(chǎn)品和執(zhí)行器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和仿真知識(shí)
·
Has the knowledge about the
basic principle for different type of controller/ sensor&actuators which been
used in passenger or commercial vehicle. 熟悉乘用車或者商用車各種不同類型傳感器，執(zhí)行器和控制器的基本原理。
·
Ability to perform different
test using basic digital instruments in lab, such as oscilloscope, multimeter
and so on. Basic knowledge for CAN bus and the protocol of J1939.能熟練使用實(shí)驗(yàn)室常用數(shù)字儀表，例如示波器，萬用表等工具，
對CAN總線，J1939有一定了解.

Related work experience in sensor&actuators
development and application validation / knowledge in quality standards,
ideally in an OEM / vendors for OEM. 有主機(jī)廠汽車電子電器和執(zhí)行器產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和應(yīng)用相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人員優(yōu)先考慮。
