I. PURPOSE OF POSITION
1. Lead the team to reach sales target and support Sales Director to work out the company sales strategy.

2.Develop a partnership relationship with key accounts in Asia.
與亞洲地區(qū)的大客戶發(fā)展合作伙伴關(guān)系。
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve sales objectives of Asia.
制定并實施銷售策略，以實現(xiàn)亞洲地區(qū)的銷售目標(biāo)。
2. Increase Asia market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities in all sales channels.
在現(xiàn)有市場中增加亞洲市場份額，并在所有銷售渠道中***限度地增加新的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展機會。
3. Introduce, develop and maintain Asia client relationships, communicate with all existing clients and potential clients to provide best-in-class services.
介紹、發(fā)展和維護亞洲客戶關(guān)系，與所有現(xiàn)有客戶和潛在客戶溝通，提供一流的服務(wù)。
4. Perform sales analysis to identity opportunities and adapt new strategies to keep up with current and future business and sales trends.
進行銷售分析，識別機會并調(diào)整新策略，以跟上當(dāng)前和未來的業(yè)務(wù)和銷售趨勢。
Ⅲ. QUALIFICATIONS
1. College graduation and above, excellent command of English
大專及以上學(xué)歷，英語水平優(yōu)秀
2. At least 5+ years sales or business development experience in global market, have profound overseas trading experience.
至少5年以上全球市場銷售或業(yè)務(wù)拓展經(jīng)驗，有深厚的海外貿(mào)易經(jīng)驗。
3. Strong in trade understanding, promotional effectiveness, customer negotiation.
具有較強的貿(mào)易理解能力、促銷效果、客戶談判能力。
4. Can manage Cross-functional collaboration.
能夠管理跨部門協(xié)作。
5. Excellent business acumen, result -oriented and self-motivated.
優(yōu)秀的商業(yè)敏銳度，以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向，有上進心。
6. Good leadership, team building and organization skills.
具有良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、團隊建設(shè)和組織能力。
7. Familiar with mechanical products.
熟悉機械產(chǎn)品。
8. Major in mechanical engineering or marketing is preferred.
機械工程或市場營銷專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
