Assist the laboratory manager in the continuous improvement and enhancement of the AS9100 and ISO17025 quality management system requirements. Oversee the safety, impartiality, confidentiality, and accuracy of testing processes and results in laboratory operations according to QMS requirements. 協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)室負(fù)責(zé)人持續(xù)改進(jìn)和完善AS9100,ISO17025質(zhì)量管理體系要求。監(jiān)管實(shí)驗(yàn)室根據(jù)質(zhì)量管理體系要求運(yùn)行的安全性、公正性、保密性，檢測過程與結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。
Assist the laboratory manager in the continuous improvement and enhancement of the AS9100 and ISO17025 quality management system requirements. 4.Test Method Implementation and Optimization 檢測方法執(zhí)行與優(yōu)化：
Implement the test according to specifications and instructions, continuously improve test methods and operating instructions, introduce and apply new testing technologies and equipment. Responsible for the continuous development and improvement of laboratory facilities and equipment, equipment procurement, commissioning, and acceptance, routine equipment maintenance, and the development, implementation, and oversight of regular calibration plans. 7.Test Quality Control檢測質(zhì)量控制
Develop and implement internal and external quality control procedures and provide training for inspectors and operators. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the validity of regulatory standards and documents, the validity of laboratory personnel qualifications, the integrity and traceability of test records and samples, comparative testing, proficiency testing, interim verification, and evaluating the accuracy and reliability of test results.制定并實(shí)施內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量控制程序并對檢測員，操作員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。包括但不限于監(jiān)管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件有效性，實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員資質(zhì)有效性，檢測記錄及樣品的完整性和可追溯性，比對試驗(yàn)、能力驗(yàn)證、期間核查，評(píng)估測試結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性等。

Qualifications 任職資格:
1.Possesses core knowledge of materials science, particularly metallurgical phase diagrams, solid-state phase transformations, and heat treatment principles. Understands and is proficient in metallographic sample preparation, optical microscopy analysis, microstructure evaluation, grain size determination, and inclusion analysis techniques.
