Key Responsibility Description 1. Support daily operation as sales supporting. 2. Commutate with customers regarding the arrangement of shipments and solve the issue and complaints from customers. 3. Prepare for simple quotation for customers and work with oversea station for cost and SOP follow-up. 4. Monitor AR and provide our statements to customers. 5. Monitor the shipment, solve the issues, and report to customers and sales for any reregulation.
Essential Job Qualifications 1. Education & Skills: Fluent in English (written), College degree or higher. 2. 3+ years in freight forwarding operations or customer service. 3. Strong understanding of air/ocean freight & warehousing operations. 4. Hands-on experience in daily logistics operations & client support. 5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 6. Outgoing, proactive, and team-oriented 7. High integrity and problem-solving mindset
