研發(fā)工程師，地點：北京
您的職責(zé)：
?根據(jù)公司流程以及客戶產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程的要求，按時保質(zhì)地進行產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
?負責(zé)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)定義、對數(shù)據(jù)進行工藝可行性分析、確定結(jié)構(gòu)方案、產(chǎn)品規(guī)格等。
?負責(zé)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)定義、對數(shù)據(jù)進行工藝可行性分析、確定結(jié)構(gòu)方案、產(chǎn)品規(guī)格等。
?完成產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、快速件制作、結(jié)構(gòu)驗證、設(shè)計優(yōu)化、工程圖等。
?在零部件實物開發(fā)階段中的內(nèi)外部協(xié)調(diào)、零件開發(fā)、制作等。
?力求在保證功能、外觀要求的情況下成本控制。
?協(xié)助處理客戶提出的問題并參與解決。
任職要求：
?機械工程、生產(chǎn)工程、工業(yè)工程或類似技術(shù)課程的學(xué)位，并在汽車行業(yè)研發(fā)領(lǐng)域有五年以上的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
?熟悉汽車零部件開發(fā)流程，如熟悉內(nèi)外飾開發(fā)，電氣檢測研發(fā)。
?理想情況下，已經(jīng)具備應(yīng)用常見工業(yè)工程工具的實踐經(jīng)驗。
?熟練使用MS Office、CAD和CATIA。
?需要有很強的團隊和溝通能力，有主見，有很高的應(yīng)變能力和靈活性。
?熟悉汽車零部件開發(fā)流程，如熟悉內(nèi)外飾開發(fā)，電氣檢測研發(fā)。
?理想情況下，已經(jīng)具備應(yīng)用常見工業(yè)工程工具的實踐經(jīng)驗。
?熟練使用MS Office、CAD和CATIA。
?需要有很強的團隊和溝通能力，有主見，有很高的應(yīng)變能力和靈活性。
?優(yōu)秀的溝通和表達能力，包括快速理解和積極傾聽，良好的團隊合作精神。
?能夠在復(fù)雜的項目任務(wù)中獨立與客戶合作，并在國際項目團隊中工作。 ?流利的普通話和商務(wù)英語（書寫和口語）；懂其他語言，尤其是懂德語者優(yōu)先。

To further expand our team in China, we are looking for
Research and Development (RnD) Engineers (f/m/d)
Location: Beijing
We can count on you here:
?In accordance with the requirements of the company's processes and the customer's product development processes, carry out product development on time and with guaranteed quality.
?Responsible for product technical definition, conducting process feasibility analysis on data, determining structural schemes, product specifications, etc.
?Complete product structure design, quick parts production, structure verification, design optimization, engineering drawings, etc.
?Internal and external coordination, part development, manufacturing, etc. during the physical development stage of components.
?Strive to control costs while ensuring functional and appearance requirements.
?Assist in handling the problems raised by customers and participate in their resolution.
This is how you convince us:
?You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a similar technical course of studies and have at least 5 years working experiences in the automotive industry and in the field of RnD.
?Familiar with the development process of automotive parts, such as interior and exterior decoration development and electrical testing research and development.
?Ideally, you already have practical experience in the application of common industrial engineering tools.
?You are familiar with MS Office, CAD & CATIA.
?You are characterized by strong team and communication skills, assertiveness, high resilience and flexibility.
?Excellent communication and expression skills, including quick understanding and active listening, as well as good teamwork spirit.
?Capable of independently collaborating with clients in complex project tasks and working within international project teams.
?Fluent Mandarin and Business English (written and spoken), with proficiency in other languages, especially German, given priority.
?Based in Beijing.
