Job Description
1, Independently responsible for the implementation of new projects, transfer projects between different sites;
2, Perform as Project Leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time,
within budget, and meet quality & compliance standards;
3, Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (key account,R&D,engineering, supply chain, and quality teams) to clarify customer needs, coordinate and join project meetings with different organizations both internally and externally;
4, Develop detailed project schedule including milestones (e.g., prototype completion, certification testing, mass production readiness), task breakdown (WBS), and resource allocation (human, budget, equipment);
5, Proactively identify potential project risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions for key parts, design changes impacting timeline) and develop mitigation plans;
6, Monitor project progress against the approved plan; track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timeline adherence, budget variance, and quality pass rates;
7, Support the transition of products from development to mass production; coordinate with the production team to hand over technical documentation, ensure production readiness, and address initial production issues;
8, Create master data and BOM by SKU in SAP system;
9, Maintain on-mass producton projects, including engineering change management required by customer;
10, Others nominated by head of department.
