訂單管理客戶(hù)支持銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)分析
Primary Purpose: The Wholesale Analyst plays a critical role by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution across order management, inventory allocation, and shipment processes.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Wholesale to support following functions:
1 Act as the daily contact point for key accounts, handling business inquiries and operation coordination
2 Execute and monitor order placement process and shipping schedule, resolving the issue during order booking, shipment operation, financial payment, etc.
3 Follow up contracts / agreements’ preparation, signature process and account creation
4 Update key accounts’ sales report and track sales performance vs. forecast
5 Coordinate with internal partners to ensure smooth operation (e.g., Allocation, Account Service, Accounting, Logistics, Legal, etc.)
