Job Specification 職位描述:
1. 協(xié)助商務(wù)拓展的日常工作,并合理安排工作時(shí)間與任務(wù)優(yōu)先級(jí);
2. 根據(jù)規(guī)范程序收集、整理、分析和發(fā)送業(yè)務(wù)拓展資料,及時(shí)洞察添加更新的項(xiàng)目;
3. 在市場(chǎng)部經(jīng)理或總經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下準(zhǔn)備和遞交專業(yè)的招投標(biāo)材料和服務(wù)建議書,根據(jù)招投標(biāo)申請(qǐng)的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)合理安排工作進(jìn)度,并確保提供材料的準(zhǔn)確性;
4. 定期維護(hù)市場(chǎng)部業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);
5. 協(xié)助進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和開發(fā);
6. 協(xié)助完成項(xiàng)目催款工作;
7. 提供相關(guān)文件的翻譯;
8. 協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部的其它活動(dòng),如協(xié)助籌備與參加相關(guān)活動(dòng)和會(huì)議等;
9. 積極完成其它上級(jí)分配的任務(wù)。
Marketing Assistant Job Specification:
1. Responsible for daily support activities related to the marketing team and have a good management of time and the priority of duties;
2. Collect, summarize, and distribute business development new enquiries material according to the established procedure, keep the materials up-to-date;
3. Assist in project information/material analysis and drafting proposal with the guidance of the BD Manager or General Manager, able to manage the timeline and collect correct information independently;
4. Maintain the data base of business development relevant activities regularly;
5. Provide research and development assistance;
6. Assist the project fee collection.
7. Provide translation;
8. Assist in other marketing related activities, such as help preparing and attend marketing events/conference, etc.;
9. Complete other jobs assigned by supervisor actively.
任職要求:
1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷,***但不限于商科或相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè);
2. 大學(xué)英語(yǔ)6級(jí)或以上;
3. 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和人際交往技巧,適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng),勤奮刻苦,能適應(yīng)高強(qiáng)度工作;
4. 學(xué)習(xí)能力、創(chuàng)新能力、有意愿在商務(wù)市場(chǎng)方向發(fā)展;
5. 能夠靈活地安排工作以在截止日期前完成;
6. 出色的中英文書寫及表達(dá)能力。
Recruiting Requirement:
1. College or higher education, major in business studies or design related disciplines is preferred, but not limited to these;
2. CET6 and above;
3. Good team spirit and interpersonal skills, adaptable, hard-working, able to work under pressure;
4. Strong learning ability, initiative work, willing to be developed in marketing function;
5. Flexible and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines;
6. Proficiency in written/spoken English & Mandarin.
