HugeMed is expanding rapidly in North America. We are looking for motivated, business-driven professionals to join our sales team and strengthen our presence in either Canada or the United States.
Role Summary
As an International Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing HugeMed’s business in the Canadian or U.S. market. Whether based at our global headquarters in Shenzhen or working remotely from Canada/USA, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with healthcare providers and distributors, and represent HugeMed’s portfolio of innovative medical technologies.

Responsibilities
83Market Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads, accounts, and distributors within Canada or the U.S. market.
83Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
83Market Research & Analysis: Collect and interpret data on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs; prepare actionable reports and presentations.
83Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
83Strategic Execution: Implement company sales strategies, adapt plans based on market realities, and provide feedback to leadership.
83Reporting: Track and communicate sales performance, recommending improvements for growth.
83Travel: Attend meetings, conferences, and client visits within North America to strengthen HugeMed’s local presence.
Qualifications
Required:
83Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, international business, trading, B2B, financial services, or customer service; OR at least 1 year in medical device, diagnostics, laboratory, or healthcare-related sales.
83Professional fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
83Ability and willingness to travel frequently within North America.
83Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
83Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
83Valid driver’s license; ability to drive independently.
Preferred:
83Work or study experience in Canada or the USA; strong knowledge of local culture and business practices.
83Overseas work experience and adaptability to international collaboration.
83Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
