二、 核心職責(zé)
1. 核心財(cái)務(wù)處理:
- 獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)WFOE客戶的全盤賬務(wù)處理,確保會(huì)計(jì)記錄符合中國會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則及稅務(wù)法規(guī)。
- 熟練處理WFOE所涉及的稅務(wù)申報(bào)、外匯登記、結(jié)算及年度審計(jì)協(xié)調(diào)等專項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)。
- 按時(shí)完成月度、季度及年度結(jié)賬工作,編制符合規(guī)范的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表。
2. 客戶溝通與關(guān)系維護(hù):
- 使用流利的書面英語與WFOE客戶的管理層進(jìn)行專業(yè)、高效的日常溝通,解答財(cái)務(wù)疑問。
- 能主動(dòng)向客戶提供清晰的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告及具有洞察力的運(yùn)營分析建議。
3. 流程優(yōu)化與主動(dòng)思考:
- 主動(dòng)審視并優(yōu)化針對(duì)WFOE客戶的服務(wù)流程,提升服務(wù)效率與客戶滿意度。
- 協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)主管進(jìn)行部門內(nèi)的知識(shí)沉淀,參與制定和優(yōu)化WFOE服務(wù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程。
4. 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與未來領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng):
- 與內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作,確保為WFOE客戶提供無縫銜接的財(cái)務(wù)外包服務(wù)。

三、 任職資格要求
硬性技能:
- 財(cái)務(wù)、會(huì)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷,擁有中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師,CPA,ACCA, CGMA及以上職稱者優(yōu)先。
- 3年以上全盤賬務(wù)處理經(jīng)驗(yàn),必須具備服務(wù)WFOE客戶或在外資企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)財(cái)務(wù)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉中國涉外稅收及外匯管理政策。
- 卓越的英語書面溝通能力,能夠?qū)I(yè)、清晰地與外資背景客戶進(jìn)行郵件往來和報(bào)告撰寫。

I. Job Overview
We are seeking a finance professional familiar with the financial environment of foreign-invested enterprises in China, with the aspiration to become a future manager. As a reserved management talent, you will work under the guidance of the Finance Supervisor, primarily handling complex accounting for our WFOE (Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise) clients and participating in designated project operations and management as a member of the department. II. Core Responsibilities
1. Core Financial Operations:
- Independently manage full-cycle accounting for WFOE clients, ensuring compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards and tax regulations.
- Skillfully handle specialized tasks such as tax filings, foreign exchange registration, settlement, and annual audit coordination for WFOEs.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks on time and prepare standardized financial statements.
2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with WFOE client management in fluent written English, addressing financial inquiries.
- Proactively provide clients with clear financial reports and insightful operational analysis recommendations.
3. Process Optimization and Proactive Thinking:
- Proactively review and optimize service processes for WFOE clients to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Finance Supervisor in knowledge retention within the department and participate in developing and optimizing standard operating procedures for WFOE services.
4. Team Collaboration and Future Leadership Development:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless financial outsourcing services for WFOE clients.
- Take on more coordination responsibilities in projects, gradually developing team management and client relationship management skills.
III. Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Possession of intermediate accountant qualification, CPA, ACCA, CGMA, or higher certifications is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting. Must have experience serving WFOE clients or handling finance in foreign-invested enterprises, with familiarity in China’s foreign-related tax and foreign exchange management policies.
- Exceptional written English communication skills, capable of professional and clear email correspondence and report writing with foreign clients.
- Proficiency in mainstream financial software (e.g., Kingdee, Yonyou) and Office applications.
