1.Target Participants?
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, majoring in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or a related field.?
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.?
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin (fluency in both is preferred).?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer operations.?
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.?
- Previous experience in administrative support, student organizations, or part-time administrative roles is a plus.?
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tasks quickly, and have a positive attitude towards work.?
2. Schedule/Duration?: The internship will last for 12 months for full-time internship: 5 working days per week, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break).?
3. Curriculum/Actual Work Details?
Office Daily Management Support?
- Assist in maintaining office order, including managing office supplies inventory (ordering, storing, and distributing supplies as needed).?
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting materials (printing, binding)
- Assist in MARCOM activities
Operation Related Support?
- Assis in AR report delivery and PO entry if required
Cross-Departmental
Collaboration Support?
- Support HR team in organizing employee events (e.g., team-building activities, annual meetings) by coordinating logistics (venue, catering, transportation).?
- Assist team in processing administrative expense reimbursements Collaborate with the operations team to update office information
