Reporting to the client Security Manager & Regional Account Manager
OM will oversee and take ownership for the service delivery to the client corporate security within their specific area of operation. Will provide a POC within the specified region of the client security team and take ownership regarding the purposes of the operational management, communication, coordination and escalation. In the mean time, OM will support the client security team & Regional Account Manager (RAM) to ensure the service delivery which meets standards, requirements and situational demands. As the team leader, OM will need to provide strong leadership and supervision to the local security team related but not limited to the recruitment, training, incident response, etc.
Responsibilities
- Performance, support & management:
1. Maintain highly accurate documentation / record-keeping in support of training & operational compliance
2. Support the delivery of the client operational management strategies and objectives
3. Liaise with Security Manager, RAM and branch management team on service delivery, staffing, general operational matters
4. Assist the client corporate security and RAM with the planning of new services and mobilization to ensure the commencement of service
5. Support any other operational, administrative or management activities as required
- Training
1. Support the client Security Manager & RAM on delivery of Global, Regional, Local or site-level training programs
2. Conduct and/or support the conduct of training for all site-level staff involved in service delivery
3. Liaise with the client Security Manager & RAM, staff and the Account Management team to identify and act upon opportunities to improve training outcomes, especially those related to performance or compliance obligations
4. Support any other training activities as required
- Relationship building & collaboration
1. Build and maintain proactive, collaborative relationships with the client Security Manager & RAM for delivery of guard force operations
2. Maintain regular communication with staff, operational leads and the client Security Manager & RAM, to monitor and report upon outcomes related to training and development matters
3. Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both our company and the client, promoting a positive image of the client and company at all times
Qualifications
- Strong local market/industry (security) knowledge and relationships, formal qualifications in Security Management, Business or equivalence is preferred
- Experiences delivering high quality security outcomes, +3 years corporate security/guarding or similar experiences is preferred
- Experiences working with large workforces in multiple regions, +1 year operational management experience is preferred
- Fluency in English (written & verbal)
- Ability to travel (regionally) and work flexible hours, as required
- General proficiency with IT systems and software (specifically Microsoft Office)
