Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced On-site Account Manager to oversee the security service teams at our client sites. The ideal candidate will manage a team up to 100 security personnel, ensuring efficient operations, high standards of service, and strong communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 50-100 security personnel,
ensuring their performance meets company standards and client expectations.

- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between our company and the client, maintaining regular communication to address any concerns or issues promptly. The manager needs to build and maintain strong relationships with client, address client concerns and ensure customer
satisfaction.

- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations to ensure security protocols are followed and service quality is maintained. Provide guidance and support
to guard team. Capable of developing and implementing project plans,
including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with
various departments and units to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the security team to enhance their skills and performance. Direct and
motivate teams to achieve operation goals.

- Incident Handling & Risk Management: Respond to and manage any security
incidents or emergencies, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and
effectively. Identify and mitigate potential risks of the site. Develop
contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's degree. Relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Business Administration) preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams.

Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.

Working Conditions:
- Locations: Client site at Shenzhen
- Work Schedule: 8AM-5PM, Monday – Friday.
