樣品管理職位負責管理所有發(fā)往測試研發(fā)中心的樣品
1. 管理所有與等待發(fā)往測試中心的樣品相關的工作文檔
2. 每天向運營經(jīng)理和總經(jīng)理發(fā)進行中的工作更新
3. 在系統(tǒng)中生成并維護樣品數(shù)據(jù)和記錄
4. 保證文檔可追述
5. 對同事和客戶的問詢及時準確的回復
6. 其他由經(jīng)理安排的任務

任職要求：
1. 大?；虮究茖W歷
2. 物流或化工類崗位工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
3. 英語讀寫能力好
4. 優(yōu)秀的溝通技能，關注細節(jié)，數(shù)據(jù)輸入準確
5. 掌握MsOffice應用和電腦應用
Main Responsibilities,
1. Management of all job files relasted fo samples to be delivered to esting center
2. Daily updates of all on-going jobs
3. Establishing and maintaining the statistic record of samples in the system
4. customer service responsibility
5. ensuring the files traceability
6. other tasks assigned by managers.
Qualifications,
1. Associate Education and above
2. Written English is good
3. Logistics or Chemistry related working experience are preferred
4. Good communication skill, attention to detail, and accurate data input
5. Good computer skill and MS office competency.
