Responsibilities: 1.Develop plans, including theme, agenda and budget preparation. 2.Develop project timelines and oversee all phases to ensure timely and successful delivery. 3.Design and implement internal communication plans to promote events through internal communication channels to increase awareness and participation. 4.Independently draft event-related content, including proposals, promotional copy, scripts, and speeches. 5.Manage on-site event execution, with strong ability to respond quickly and effectively to unexpected situations. 6.Conduct post-event evaluation and data analysis to capture insights, improve processes, and optimize future events. 7.Manage event-related vendors (e.g., creative agencies, production house, event services) and oversee budget management to ensure service quality and execution excellence.
