The Channel Management Specialist assists the Sales management on dealer management including performance review, contract renew, recruitment, and training of dealers. In addition to that, he/she is responsible for generating reports in order to support sales management on business performance review and maintaining the Customer Relationship System.
Report generation
- Generate sales reports including dealer risk assessment, dealer performance report, funnel report in order to support sales management on business performance review and as input for sales strategy development
Performance review/ contract renew for dealers
- Drive annual dealer contract renew process and coordinate for approval at national wide
- Conduct regular dealer review meetings with Regional Sales teams for performance data collection, performance analysis, and generation of action plan and assessment report if applicable
Recruitment of new dealers
- Act as a process owner and work with Regional Sales teams for new dealer recruitment process in order to ensure an efficient and transparent sales channel development
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Maintain CRM system to ensure a good data quality
- Provide training for all dealers
- Monitor CRM system running
Generate reports upon request

Position requirements
University degree in business economics or a comparable combination of education and experience
3-5 years of experience in the commercial area as Sales Assistant, Sales Representative or in a similar role
