2.Specific Experience
- At least 3 years Heat Treatment experience
- Subject on metallic material or mechanical manufacture
- Experience in roller furnace or pit furnace production is preferred
3.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited)
- Assist direct Manager to do some technical management
- Operator training
- Technical support in channel
- Heat Treatment Process improvement
- Cycle time reduction
- Channel efficiency improvement
- Set up time reduction
- Quality assurance and improvement
- Maintain zero defects productions through continuous improvement techniques
- Communicating with relevant functional department to solve the problem
- Make quality system document and work instruction
- Involve in oil fixture designing and fixture resetting
