崗位職責(zé):
1、Responsible for mass recruitment, overseas recruitment, campus recruitment and other full life cycle hiring activities.
2、Evaluate and manage various channels, both for social and campus recruiting, such as WeChat, LinkedIn and relevant social medial.
3、Continuously attracting candidates by promoting the organization as an employer of choice in the marketplace, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive both short- and long-term employer branding initiatives.
4、Own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruitment intake meetings to job offers for critical roles in China.
5、Oversee the market intelligence to provide analysis of the competition and report findings, recommendations & actions to Sr. management team.
6、Provide local leadership and line management as required.
任職要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree with major in Human Resource or related.
2、8 years’ recruiting experiences in pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
3、In-house HR and/or headhunter experience in domestic and overseas R&D, commercial functions is highly preferred.
4、Able to conduct talent mapping and provide talent intelligence through direct souring.
5、Able to work under pressure, must be a team player, good at time management.
6、With the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while accessing and procuring accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
6、Good communication skills and quick leaning ability.
7、Proficient in both spoken and written English.
