PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
主要職責與責任
● Leading the GZ Credit Control team to handle debt collection and credit control functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
領導廣州信用控制團隊，按照公司政策和程序處理債務催收和信用控制工作。
● Conduct weekly debt collection reviews with the team & Credit Control Manager to maintain the cash collection performance
每周與團隊及信用控制經(jīng)理進行債務催收回顧，確保現(xiàn)金回款表現(xiàn)達標。
● Liaise with customers and the sales /operation team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
與客戶及銷售/運營團隊溝通，解決未結賬款和爭議問題（如有）。
● Leading the Credit Control to collaborate with related invoicing team to ensure special invoicing request from key account customers are fulfilled
領導信用控制團隊與相關開票團隊合作，確保滿足關鍵客戶的特殊開票請求。
● Prepare and maintain related weekly trackers to monthly collection target is achieved
準備并維護相關的每周跟蹤器，確保月度回款目標達成。
● Collection system regular update and maintenance
定期更新和維護債務催收系統(tǒng)。
● Regular review and adjust individual team member’s assigned portfolio as considered appropriate
定期審查并根據(jù)需要調(diào)整每個團隊成員的分配賬款。
● Regular review and recommend appropriate dunning strategies
定期審查并推薦適當?shù)拇呖畈呗浴?br>● Develop talent as appropriate

PERSON SPECIFICATION
職位要求
● Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
會計/金融或相關專業(yè)的高級文憑或以上學歷。
● At least 3-years relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or debt collection.
至少3年相關的應收賬款、信用控制或債務催收經(jīng)驗。
● Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with various departments
具備較強的溝通、演示及人際交往能力，能夠與不同部門高效協(xié)作。
● Mature, independent and able to resolve issues
成熟、獨立，具備解決問題的能力。
● Willing to work under pressure and open minded
能在壓力下工作，且具有開放的思維。
● Good team leader and team player with a good sense of responsibility
良好的團隊領導能力和團隊合作精神，責任心強。
● Self-motivated with positive working attitude

● Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel

● Monitor and maintain good housekeeping in the area under their control
監(jiān)控并保持所負責區(qū)域的良好工作環(huán)境。

● Ensure hazards are minimized for staff, contractors, visitors and public

職位要求
● Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
