Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive school counseling program with differentiated delivery for students.
? 加強(qiáng)社會(huì)情感學(xué)習(xí)，強(qiáng)化與其他校區(qū)心理老師的合作，開(kāi)發(fā)并實(shí)施一項(xiàng)全校范圍的咨詢和指導(dǎo)課程，并得到校區(qū)校長(zhǎng)的認(rèn)可
Develop and implement a school-wide counseling and guidance curriculum, with an emphasis on social and emotional learning in collaboration with other campus counsellors and endorsed by the campus Principal
? 積極參與設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施全校范圍的社會(huì)情感學(xué)習(xí)課程，積極主動(dòng)地滿足學(xué)生的情感和社會(huì)需求
Actively contribute to designing and implementing a school-wide social-emotional learning curriculum that proactively addresses students' emotional and social needs

Provide Tier 2 social group counseling on a six-week cycle.

Oversee the Student Wellbeing leadership and service groups in lower and upper Primary School

Provide appropriate information to parents and school staff about the campus counseling program

Assist with the creation and ongoing review of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and Safe Return to School Plans for students experiencing social and emotional challenges

Establish and maintain partnerships with local mental health agencies and resources to facilitate additional support for students and families.

職位要求 Requirements:
1. 大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2. 心理學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
3. 具備2-3年以上學(xué)校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4. 精通英語(yǔ);
5. 具有良好的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神.
