主要職責(zé)：
配合社會(huì)情感咨詢負(fù)責(zé)人做好以下工作 To work with the Head of Social and Emotional Counselling to :
? 支持學(xué)生個(gè)人及集體來(lái)發(fā)展情感和社會(huì)技能 Support students individually or through groups to develop their emotional/social skills and mental health;
? 提供個(gè)人或團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)，以確定需求和關(guān)注 Provide individual or group counselling to students with identified needs and concerns;
? 根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行有效的推薦和跟進(jìn) Implement effective referral to outside agencies and follow-up process as needed;
? 向?qū)W校職員和家長(zhǎng)提供適當(dāng)?shù)馁Y料，同時(shí)尊重學(xué)生的隱私保密 Provide appropriate information to school staff and parents whilst respecting students’ confidentiality;
? 實(shí)施各項(xiàng)計(jì)劃，以改善和提高高中部學(xué)生和員工的身心健康 Implement programmes to improve and enhance student and staff well-being at the High School；
? 為員工和家長(zhǎng)提供適當(dāng)?shù)呐嘤?xùn)，幫助他們更好地支持我們的學(xué)生度過(guò)青春期 Offer appropriate training to staff and parents to help them better support our students through adolescence.

1. 咨詢、心理或相關(guān)專業(yè)的大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷；
2. 具有學(xué)校心理咨詢工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 良好的溝通技巧，靈活應(yīng)變；
4. 對(duì)于工作懷有熱情、精力充沛、具有創(chuàng)新能力并用于承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；

YK Pao School is a pioneering international Chinese school. The school is a non-profit private institution founded in 2007, in memory of shipping magnate Sir Yue-Kong Pao, the renowned Chinese businessman, statesman and philanthropist. With over 1200 students from China and overseas, the school offers a unique Year 1-12 educational programme that integrates elements of Shanghai and international curricula, culminating with the IGCSE and IB Diploma programmes, both of which are complemented by core components of the Shanghai curriculum.

Pao School is divided into Primary, Middle and High School. Primary School (Years 1-5) is a day school located in Shanghai’s city centre, while the Middle School (Years 6-8) and the High School (Years 9-12) are located on the new Hongqiao campus and in Shanghai’s Songjiang District offering UK/US style boarding education as well as catering to day students.

The School offers an education rooted in Chinese culture yet integrated with an international approach and perspective, to allow students to continue studies at top universities around the world. Our goal is to develop creative, independent and responsible students through a student-centred approach to teaching, emphasizing arts, sports, group activities and community service as well as academic studies. We plan to offer full primary and secondary education, comprising five years at Primary level and seven years at Secondary level, with full boarding in Secondary. Subjects are taught in Chinese and English by native language-speaking teachers. We are working closely with leading schools including Eton College and The Dragon School in the UK as well as key schools in Shanghai to develop exchange and partnership programs.
